you cannot download any "text encoders"... but you can install East Asian language support from your Windows CD. ;D

Plenty of people. Mikko has done it for himself before starting a company. So he´ll have that insight also.

OK Isn´t it difficult? I mean tax staff is complicated? I heared it becomes quite expensive sometimes even if you buy a cheaper car from Japan.

Its a bit complicated even for native finnish speaker let alone foreigner. I would recommend using someone with full knowledge of the works. One such a name I mentioned before.
